Positive: House was spacious and clean. Check-in was easy. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.
Negative: The TV had no streaming apps. It had an old set top box which has basic cable. Would have been nice to have some more glasses for drinks - there were a few mojito glasses and 2 beer mugs.

Positive: Nice and clean! And lots of space with comfortable sitting area. Having two bathrooms was convenient. Pans, salt, and oil were handy for breakfast. Nice and cool in the summer heat.
Negative: The outlets for the microwave and coffee maker weren't working, but we just moved them to another wall, and it worked fine. I would have appreciated it if it had been advertised that the owner lives in the basement. Extra blankets would have been handy for people sharing a bed but not wanting to share a blanket.

Positive: The location was very calm and relaxing. It was about an 8-minute drive from Niagara Falls. The house was spacious and immaculate. The property was exactly as in the pictures. Recommend for a family, if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Niagara.
